A session by Ms. Anubha Grover, Founder CEO of Career Design was held on 27 March 2026 on Design Thinking in the context of career pathways. It proved to be an engaging and thought-provoking experience for students of Grades 10 and 12. It seamlessly combined interaction with insight, presenting a rich array of ideas within a concise and impactful module.

A key highlight was the shift in perspective from the traditional “What should I become?” to the more exploratory “What can I explore, test, and build?” This approach encouraged students to view careers as evolving journeys rather than fixed destinations.

Students were guided to appreciate the importance of research, self-discovery, and adaptability in navigating future pathways.
