HELIOS 2026 – Inter-School Robotics Event

Innovation, ingenuity and problem-solving took centre stage at HELIOs 2026, the inter-school robotics event hosted by NPS KRM. The competition challenged students to design and build a working robotic prototype that addressed a real-life or societal problem, encouraging them to transform ideas into meaningful technological solutions.

Our students demonstrated exceptional creativity, technical skills and teamwork, earning First Place in the competition.

MindFrame – ROBOVERSE Robotics Event

Our young innovators showcased their robotics skills at MindFrame – ROBOVERSE, securing top honours across multiple events.

TIMELAPSE – NPS RNR FEST

Our students showcased creativity, confidence and teamwork at the TIMELAPSE NPS RNR Fest, bringing home a remarkable set of accolades across diverse events and won the overall trophy.

The team of Mishika Jalan (9C), Lasya Vasudevan (9A) and Aahana Panda (9B) impressed the judges with their engaging narrative, confident presentation and compelling performance to win the first prize in the literary event, The Da Vinci Code.

In the Sound of Music event, our students Mahathi Vinod (10A), Siri Ram Lokkur (10A), Shreya Annadana (10C), Mridula Vinay (10D) and Saahana Radhakrishnan (9B) secured the second prize.

The Pitch Perfect event challenged participants to showcase advertising, branding and entrepreneurial thinking and our team comprising Niveditha Govindaraj, Archana Krishna Kumar and Gargi Palande (11C) came second.

The Devil’s Advocate brought courtroom debate to life, and our team of Avni Bakshi (10A), Niranjan Rao (9D) and Vivvaan Bajpayee (9D) secured the third prize

Beyond the Looking Glass event tested knowledge, reasoning and quick thinking which had Aaheli Adak (11C) and Agastya Girish (10D) sealing the third position.

International Qualification in Underwater Robotics

NPS HSR proudly congratulates Udbhav Vasudevan of Grade 11A and Udheer Vasudevan of Grade of 6B on their outstanding achievement in the field of underwater robotics. The boys secured First Position in the Sharkpedo Legacy Award under the Innovation and Design category, earning qualification for the International Round of the prestigious MATE ROV Competition.

The Sharkpedo Legacy Award is a distinguished honour that recognises exceptional innovation, originality, and out-of-the-box thinking in the design and development of underwater robotic systems. The achievement reflects their technical excellence, creative problem-solving abilities, and commitment to engineering innovation.

Congratulations to Udbhav and Udheer on this remarkable feat.

IRIS 2026 – NPS KRM Fest

National Public School proudly congratulates its students on their exceptional performance at IRIS 2026, the inter-school fest hosted by NPS KRM on 24 July 2026. Bringing together competitions in culture, business, finance, economics, psychology, and technology, the event provided a dynamic platform for students to showcase their diverse talents and interdisciplinary skills.

Our students displayed outstanding creativity, analytical thinking, teamwork, and innovation, securing First Place in ROBO-FC, Vellarium, and Remix Royale, while earning Second Place in Between the Mind & Manuscript, Pax Stellaris, Imperium Venture, and Verto Mercatus.

These remarkable achievements culminated in National Public School being adjudged the Overall Runners-up at the prestigious fest.

DPS Whitefield MUN

At the DPS Whitefield Model United Nations, held on 31st July and 1st August, our students showcased the art of diplomacy, persuasive communication, and strategic thinking.

Representing their respective committees, Darsheel Sujay Chowdary (11B) and Avni Bakshi (10A) engaged confidently in spirited debates, negotiations, and deliberations. Their efforts were recognised with Commendable Delegate and Special Mention honours, highlighting their strong research, articulation, and leadership abilities.

We are proud of their achievement and look forward to seeing them make an even greater impact at future MUN conferences.

Freedom International School MUN

Our students showcased exceptional diplomacy, critical thinking, and public speaking skills at the Model United Nations (MUN) hosted by Freedom International School from 26th to 28th June.

Representing their assigned countries with confidence, they engaged in thoughtful debates, negotiated resolutions, and demonstrated a deep understanding of global affairs. Vayum Jain (10C) who was awarded the Commendable Delegate and Darsheel (11B) who secured the Special Mention delivered commendable performances, earning recognition for their articulate arguments.

We congratulate them on this well-deserved success and wish them continued excellence in future MUN conferences.

HP CodeWars Winners

The school proudly recognises our young innovators who distinguished themselves at HP CodeWars, held on 25 July 2026.

HP CodeWars, an annual computer programming competition organised by Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) for middle and high school students, challenges participants to solve a series of complex programming problems within a stipulated time using languages such as Python, C, C++, and Java. Demonstrating exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and collaborative spirit, our students delivered an outstanding performance, earning the prestigious Overall Championship Cup.

We congratulate the team on this remarkable accomplishment and for bringing laurels to the school.

Daiwik Ahuja (Grade 11A) has successfully co-authored a research paper that has been accepted and published by IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers), one of the world’s most prestigious professional organizations and publishers in the fields of science, technology, and engineering. Achieving this milestone while still in school is a testament to his exceptional curiosity, analytical thinking, research aptitude, and commitment to academic excellence. We are immensely proud of Daiwik’s accomplishment and extend our heartfelt congratulations, wishing him continued success in all his future endeavours.
