As part of our International Yoga Day celebration, our students presented The Four Paths of Yoga, highlighting that yoga is far more than a series of physical postures- it is a way of life that fosters balance, purpose, and self-awareness.
The presentation introduced the four classical paths of yoga - Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Jnana Yoga, and Raja Yoga. Through engaging performances, the students beautifully conveyed that while each path is distinct, all lead towards the same goal: personal growth, inner harmony, and holistic well-being.
The assembly concluded with an interactive quiz for students and teachers, followed by an impressive yoga demonstration by students of Grades 4-8.
