Mind Matters

With a focused commitment to normalising conversations around mental health within the school community, NPS HSR launched Mind Matters, an initiative designed to foster meaningful dialogue among students, parents, and teachers. The initiative featured expert-led panel discussions with educators, parents, students, and alumni as panellists.

The Middle Years session, Social Media: Power and Pitfalls, examined its impact on adolescents, while the Senior Years discussion, Bridging the Generation Gap, encouraged intergenerational understanding. NPS HSR remains committed to nurturing empathy, open dialogue, and collective responsibility in supporting resilient students.
