On 18 December, the students of Grades 11 and 12 (Commerce and Humanities) embarked on an enriching educational visit to the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka, gaining firsthand exposure to the world of law and justice.
The visit began with a tour of the High Court Museum, where students explored a rich collection of legal artefacts that traced the evolution of the Indian judicial system. This was followed by a visit to the High Court Library, a treasure trove of legal knowledge, leaving students awed by its vast collection and scholarly ambience.
The highlight of the visit was witnessing live courtroom proceedings, where students observed cases ranging from land disputes and will bequeath matters to income tax issues and marital discords. The experience offered valuable insights into legal processes, argumentation, and judicial decorum, making it a truly immersive and thought-provoking learning experience beyond the classroom.
