NPS HSR hosted its flagship annual Career Fair Nexstep 2025, bringing together top universities from India and abroad including Ahmedabad University, Ashoka University, Azim Premji University, Flame University, Krea University, Shiv Nadar University, Trinity College Dublin, Manipal University Malaysia, VIT Mauritius, Pearl Academy, NMIMS, RV University, Mahindra University, Kedge Business School, Strate School of Design, and Vidyashilp Academy.

The event commenced with impactful presentations by participating universities, followed by engaging booths where students and parents of Grades 9–12 interacted directly with representatives. Informative brochures further supported them in exploring diverse higher education pathways. With enthusiastic participation, the fair emerged as a vibrant platform for informed career choices.
