Students of Grade 5 visited the Agara Lake in HSR Layout on 24th July 2025. The pristine environment enthralled the students and teachers alike. The 2.5 km walk along the lake with the view of the water, the flora and fauna, was a refreshing change for the students from the routine. They were briefed about the history and restoration of the lake. Students noted down important points to later use them in an assigned activity. Students realised that lakes in Bengaluru were the lungs of the city. They appreciated the efforts of the government and the NGO responsible for the revival and maintenance of the lake.
