On 11 December, the students of Class 8B presented an engaging assembly on Navanrithiya as part of the Grade 8 Nava series. The programme showcased nine major forms of Indian dance through a range of creative and entertaining formats. A dance competition brought to life Bharatanatyam, Odissi, Kathak, and other classical forms, while Yakshagana was explored through a thoughtfully presented podcast. The audience was also treated to a Kathakali performance through a television show format. The assembly effectively highlighted the cultural depth and significance of Indian classical dance, offering a fresh and meaningful perspective.
