‘Plant a Tree- Plant a Hope’.

The Montessori seniors enjoyed an exciting visit to eNGe Plant Experience Centre, HSR, where they explored a colourful variety of plants and flowers. Surrounded by the soothing sounds of chirping birds and flowing water, the children learned about different plant parts and their growing needs.

A highlight of the trip was the hands-on planting activity, where they layered pots with coconut husk, pebbles, and compost before sowing seeds and watering them. It was indeed a visual, olfactory and tactile exploration with children enjoying the sights, smells, and textures with the help of the warm staff at the nursery.

Adding to the fun, Natie, the mascot, won their hearts with bookmarks, plant holders, coupons, and warm hugs. The students returned with wonderful memories and a promise to plant more trees with their parents.
