International Yoga Day at GMC, HSR – A Happy Stretch for Little Souls!

On June 20, 2025, our Kindergarten 1 and 2 moppets at GMC, HSR rolled out their mats, sat tall, and greeted the morning with bright eyes and sunny smiles—ready to celebrate International Yoga Day!

The day began with a gentle Om, echoing calm and cheer all around. With every deep breath in, they invited peace… and with every breath out, they let go of their wiggles and worries! From standing tall like a Tree (Vrikshasana) to flying like a Butterfly (Baddha Konasana), striking brave Warrior poses (Virabhadrasana), perching on invisible Chairs (Utkatasana), and stretching like playful Cats (Marjariyasana), our little yogis bent, balanced, and beamed through it all.

These giggly stretches were more than just fun—they helped our tots build focus, feel strong, and stay calm... all while having a whole lot of fun!

It was pure joy watching our youngest learners embrace the spirit of yoga with such innocence and delight. Truly, a day where little bodies moved and joyful hearts smiled in perfect harmony!
