NPS HSR championed sustainability with an inspiring Environment Week focused on mindful food consumption. Students engaged in workshops, discussions, and activities to reduce food waste and adopt sustainable eating habits. They enthusiastically embraced bringing zero-waste lunches, pledging to minimize food waste. A comprehensive audit shed light on food consumption habits, empowering students with valuable insights. The Green Marshalls were chosen from each grade to carry out the responsibility throughout the year. A Red Dot Scale was introduced to monitor the wastage of food, electricity and also cleanliness.
